Aloha my name is Isaac Flores and I reside on the Big Island of Hawaii. I am blessed to live in Hawaii however the way we eat and consider a healthy diet is not so in any way. I am married to my wife cindy and have one child "Karci" who is four years old. I live a pretty hectic lifestyle and have found it a little hard to maintain a solid work out routine. When I do I always find that motivation to continue is hard. i have done work out routines for a solid month or two and slowly fade away as i normally do. I hope to find in beach body that I will stick to it not only for the 90 days but make it a lifestyle. So far I am doing my wifes Slim in six program and will get on P90X in the next week or so. I look forward to seeing everyones progress as well as my own.

I consider myself as a healthy individual however the lack of exercise has made myself gain an unwanted 25lbs in the last 3 years. I want to be able to lose those pounds and lose 2 inches of the waist. my main goals is to get back into shape like I was in highschool.
