Hi! I'm Paul. Just two weeks into this...and having lots of fun...I happened across the Hip Hop Abs infomercial one morning while on the treadmill...and had a pretty strong feeling that it was worth investigating...I'm glad I did! I'm enjoying the workouts and the new recipes. I really understand the science behind all of this...and this is a plan that one can live with.

Most would look at me and say that I don't need to lose weight. I'm 6 ft tall and currently weigh 168 lbs which really is fine. However, I know I can certainly make dietary improvements along with this excellent hip hop abs workout schedule. I joined beachbody back in May anf by June, I was down to 160lbs. The tone and definition from the standing abs was very noticeable. In addition to Hip Hops abs I'm walking on my treadmill 40 min/day and doing Soloflex weight lifting (resistance) M,W,F. I also do Winsor Pilates on the alternating soloflex days. I appreciate and use the diet plan, currently the 2000 calorie slim down and the food is GREAT and i don't feel hungry.
