Even after spending 3 years as a personal fitness trainer, I had never been exposed to a company with such high quality products backed by such an incredible support system as Beachbody offers. I have lost more body fat, gained more muscle, and increased my overall fitness more with Beachbody programs than with any workout system that I ever devised during my days as a personal trainer.

I believe in leading by example, so I use the Beachbody programs and products daily. I have been through P90X, Insanity, and RevAbs, and Shakeology is a daily part of the nutritional intake in my household.
