Hanover, PA Hi, My name is Paul. I consider myself a health-conscious physician (internist, hospital-based), father of 2 lovely children (Elizabeth and Mark), committed to physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. I started p90x in March of 2010, completed 2 rounds of Insanity, and now am working out to one Beachbody workout at 4 AM daily, and another one when I return home at the end of the day. I am stronger and more fit than ever before, and my energy level and capacity to remain sharply focused have improved dramatically! I have started Asylum and feel that it's pushing me to the next higher level of fitness. I consider myself fit, but my goal is to superfit. I can't define what that means, but I'll know it when I get there! See you in WOWY!

For years I kept fit by using a Nordictrack cross country ski machine. Several years ago my machine started getting worn out and finally broke after moving twice within 1 year. Unfortunately this became my excuse for not working out. So six years and 28 pounds later I made a decision to regain my health. I began by using an elliptical machine for 30-60 minutes a day and by detoxifying my body. In February 2010 I learned about P90X. After that came 2 rounds of Insanity. Now I am working through Chalean Extreme. In fact, for the last few weeks I've been doing an Insanity workout at 4AM (it seemed to me that 4AM and an "insanity" workout went well together!)and Chalean when I get home from the hospital. I seldom miss a day in WOWY. I feel better and have more energy than I've had in a long time. It's amazing what can be done when we make that commitment for ourselves!
