I am a 43 year old mother of two, an 21 year old daughter and a 15 year old son. I used to be much larger (244 lbs at my highest) but I managed to lose most of it getting down to 134 (the lowest). I like to be 136-137 but recently I've put on some pounds and now weigh (as of 12/29/11 - 156.4). I

Also, I don't want to get used to it and let my weight creep back up.
