More statistics| beckyd0525 I am 58 years old and I am going to start Tai Cheng on April 9, 2012. I am doing this program because I am almost 59 and the aches and pains are starting to bother me. Knees - back - hips. I want to go into my senior years being able to move effortlessly. I would also like to lose 15 pounds in the 90 days of the program. I want to get back into my Slim in 6 and my Turbo Jam programs but they My Progress My fitness goal: Get Healthy Transformation story
My goal is to get back to my healthy and fit lifestyle by my birthday which is May 25. I really need this since I am not feeling like I use to. Growing older and fatter is not an option!
