Hi I am 50, and weight 244.5 pounds. I have never worked out until about a year ago when I joined a gym and hired a trainer for a few months. Then I changed to just riding a bike for 1 hr 5 to 6 days a week in either case I had no results. I started P90X one week ago and have already lost 5.7 lbs.
