In December 08, I felt like I was beginning to get a bit of a belly. I confirmed it when I jumped on the scale and it read 168. That's the most I ever weighed and I knew I had to do something about More ...
In December 08, I felt like I was beginning to get a bit of a belly. I confirmed it when I jumped on the scale and it read 168. That's the most I ever weighed and I knew I had to do something about it. Diet first! I returned to a "Zone" sorta program. I started jogging and noticed some recurring knee pain so I stepped up the crunches instead. Then, having access to a trampoline, I started doing 5 minutes at a time once or twice a day, really concentrating on getting my knees up as high as possible on each jump. Within two weeks, my belly was as flat as ever and when I hit the scale, I was back down to my ideal weight of 160.
