At that time, my husband began working 7 days a week and I was on my own with P90X. The workouts lasted for 2 weeks solo. I continued the program off and on. In July, I started again on my own, but hurt my knee and have not worked out since.
Its 2010...and I started the New Year with P90X. I got off track for about 2 weeks, and I can feel the difference. I am exhausted and cranky. I was in a car accident in 2005, and had to have C-5 through C-7 fused. I am constantly in pain. And to be quite honest, I am tired of it. I am ready to be healthy, happy, and proud of me. I have committed to the diet plan this time. Day 2 today....I will be honest its a lot of food, and I am finding it difficult, but I am not making any changes for 2 weeks. I need to do this! I want to do this! Most importantly...I can do this! Wish me luck!
