More statistics| bellresearch I am a busy executive and spend between two and three hours a day in the car. It was easy to put on the weight after college, all I did was work, sleep, and eat. The weight has become tiresome and zaps my energy. During my free time I spend a lot of time doing research on the computer and then sitting some more.
