I woke up one night with chest pains and said "I am only 33 years old and to young to die of a heart attack, I want to see my daughter grow up and get married." That's when I realized I need to get healthy. My wife and I joined Weightwatchers and I started exercising. I got down to 224 lbs, stopped taking blood pressure meds I had been on since age 17. | ?
