I never REALLY payed any attention to what I ate until after having my first baby. I was scared to workout while pregnant with my first and I also ate for TWO. After the initial 25 pounds came off More ...
I never REALLY payed any attention to what I ate until after having my first baby. I was scared to workout while pregnant with my first and I also ate for TWO. After the initial 25 pounds came off from nursing...there were about 7 pounds that were not having it. I started doing P90X and also decided to think about what I was eating. I realized that I had to watch what I ate for the first time in my life and I really didn't know where to start. I eventually fell in love with being healthy and feeding healthy meals to my family!
Shakeology was a huge part of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight. It also gave me the extra energy that I needed to get a good workout in and to take care of my family. This shake is my meal everyday after working out. Lunch is now my favorite meal of the day! I get to have dessert for a meal that has way more nutrition than any meal that I could try to make. Now, I am pregnant with baby #2. I definitely have a healthier approach to my pregnancy and believe that exercise is one of the most important things that you can do while pregnant. (No matter how many stares you get from the old ladies at the gym) I am not worried at all about losing my baby weight this time b/c I know that I have so many tools right at my fingertips to use after having this baby!
