My name is Zac and I'm 32 yrs old. Since Highschool, I've really struggled with making healthy choices about what I eat, drink, and do. Last year though, I trained for and competed in a Sprint Distance Triathlon; it felt great to be in shape again, sort-of. Then since that race, I haven't kept it up, to say the least. Personal struggles and bad choices have left me in the worst shape of my life.

Personal struggles and bad choices have left me in the worst shape of my life. Then my uncle told me about this program and I was intrigued. A week later, and being ready to make a change, I decided to give it a shot. So, here we are and I'm excited about getting started. I'll keep you posted on how things are going. Hopefully my story, and progress, will help get you ready to start making better choices too.
