Transformation story

Throughout High School I was into weights and cardio. I was a good 175lbs in great shape. I started massage school and “didn’t have the time” to keep up on my workouts. I let the diet slide, and More ...
Throughout High School I was into weights and cardio. I was a good 175lbs in great shape. I started massage school and “didn’t have the time” to keep up on my workouts. I let the diet slide, and before I knew it I was 190lbs.

After massage school, still working at quiznos, I knew I was in bad shape, and knew I needed to change, but never did. I shot up to 205lbs at this point. I had a shoulder injury in August of 2008 which left me stuck at home for 3 weeks, doing nothing but eating. I then weighed myself and was up to an all time high of 220lbs!!!

This was my wake up call. I remember seeing an infomercial for a program called P90X. I just remember thinking how intense and hard it looked, but my motivation was sky rocketing at this point. I got all the supplements and equipment needed and began my journey.

For the next 90 days, I began to see both physical and emotional changes. I became heathlier and stronger everyday. When day 90 rolled around. I was amazed at how far I had come. BeachBody is the best thing that has happened to me. Because of the success I had seen in those 3 months, I decided to become a BeachBody Coach! I am motivated and determined to help others do exactly what I have done. I am here to help you get into fantastic shape as well as get paid for it!

After completing P90X, I then did 60 days of the program called Chalean Extreme. I saw some pretty good results and was ready to take my fitness to the next level. This is when I discovered Insanity! Insanity is a MAX High Intensity Interval Training program that lasts for 60 days. 2 months of waiting and waiting for this highly anticipated program to be released then finally on July 8th, it was released. I began my journey with this fantastic workout on July 16th, 2009. You can view my progress with this program at my website, www.betterlife90.com
