I was my best weight and fitness level when I was cycling and doing pull-ups and push-ups. I haven't seriously lifted weights in 10 years or so. I am now at about 23% body fat as of the beginning of P90X on January 6. I am surprised at how my muscles are responding and how my right knee, seriously injured when I was in high school, actually feels stronger already. I am pretty confident P90X is
