More statistics| bfora I have lost a lot of weight in the last year by changing how I eat and what I eat.. a total of 65 pounds. I am at my goal weight, but I don't have much muscle tone or strength. I'm not feeling as good as I thought I might at this weight, and I think starting to exercise might be the solution. I have a lot of trouble motivating myself to just get up and exercise! Part of that is not enough | ?
