Transformation story

Jan 2008 at 270+. Way out of shape with climbing bp/cholesterol.

Started Isagenix Nutritional Cleanse and some swimming...got down to 220 by June/July 08.

Jan 2008 at 270+. Way out of shape with climbing bp/cholesterol.

Started Isagenix Nutritional Cleanse and some swimming...got down to 220 by June/July 08.

Let myself stray from Isagenix and exercise for the remainder of 2008 (think lots of tailgating for football season)...gained back up to 247 by the end of the year.

2009- Back on Isagenix and protien as well as a near perfect diet (no booze in 2009 to this point). Killing P90X every day and basketball twice a week. So far after about 30 days on track I am down to 227 and starting to firm up.

I just started Insanity in Feb 2010...currently weighing about 225. Still doing Isagenix and drinking efusjon for the base of my nutrition plan. I got down to 203 last summer after 60 days of p90x and 30 days training for a 5k. I got knocked off track for the remainder of 2009 and gained about 30 pounds. I am back at it now with big plans for another 5k in the spring and building a brand new body to take to the lake this summer....
