My name is Berrye and I am a mom and wife. I am now also proud to be a P90X Grad! During my twenties I had some health problems that I allowed to shape my life. I was also on treatment medications that caused me to walk around half asleep and not keep much food down for years. Upon entering my thirties I decided that this kind of lifestyle wasn't good enough for me and I was missing out on too much. I made the decision to go off of all my medications and take my health into my own hands. I found quickly that enough sleep, a decent diet, a low stress lifestyle, and fitness were the keys to controlling my medical hindrances on my own. And the most important addition to my new life would be a positive outlook on life and good attitude about each day as it came. Being a mom, driving back and forth to the gym and trying to fit cardio and weightlifting in while I was there, wasn't fitting into my schedule comfortably. P90X was one of the best purchases I have ever made because it made it easy for me keep a workout schedule without having to think about it. All I had to do was make the decision to begin the workouts, commit to following through with the workouts and the success came naturally. I now know that becoming a P90X Grad didn't just mean finishing the program, it means I completed the first 90 days of the rest of my healthy life.
