More statistics| bhlaffy Hi I'm Bryan I'm here to get back in shape. Ten years of decreasing activity and increasing calories have me toting 35 lbs of the wrong kind of weight. I did one round on P90x this summer and looked good for my 20 year reunion. After I slacked off now time to get back. Ten years ago I could run a ten mile race in 65:00 min and bench 300+lbs. I know what 90 days of intense training and diet | ?
