I am a 43 year old father of two beautiful baby girls, age 3 and 2. I got married 4 years ago, bought a house out in the country (read "middle of no where") and married my beautiful wife. About Me...

I am a 43 year old father of two beautiful baby girls, age 3 and 2. I got married 4 years ago, bought a house out in the country (read "middle of no where") and married my beautiful wife. For the last 3 years, I've lost all sense of fitness, basically shutting down and being a father. I use to be very active, won numerous accolades in high school and university, even winning Athlete of the year, back in 1989....just realized 20 years ago.

I remember about 15 years ago being 230 lbs. and thinking I was heavy. When I got married I was 275 lbs. and since that time have packed on 30 lbs.

I now feel like I am in the worst shape of my life (I know I am)...and am reminded by my wife - who seems to have lost interest in me. My kids wear me down....I am tired and irritable all the time. My career has taken a slight down swing and I know I need to get in shape. I've hit a wall...rock bottom in a sense.

I've tried other programs but am motivated by the challenge of getting into shape in a hurry. I am a quick study, still have some competitive hunger in me and want to change.

I look forward to the challenge of the next 90 days and have some modest goals to accomplish.

I am going to hit play and see what happens....
