More statistics| bigredd Hello. I started my weight loss journey weighing 228 pounds. I currently weigh 162. Up until this point I have been doing it through the help of God, and with the sugar busters diet. I am now ready to incorporate excercise to try to rid myself of the last 30 pounds, but to be very honest, I HATE excercising so this will be a real challange. I want to be healthy and active and energetic enough | ?
