I've been big most of my life. I need to get in shape. I like to cook and eat. Another issue is my work schedule. I'm up from 4:30AM and get home at 9PM or I'm up at 4:40PM and get home at 9AM the next day. It changed from day shift to night shift about every 4-6 days. It's a crazy shift but I'm glad to have work.

I have no support system. Family has no interest in diet
