I have lost weight in the past by changing my diet and doing cardio for 35 minutes, 5 days a week. My biggest loss was last year when I went from 255 down to 205. I lost 50 pounds, but I still did not have the tone that I wanted. I am currently 230 and I am excited to see what P90X can do for me. I started this program on 9-09-09 and so far I am loving the workouts. The best part of it all is

I have lost weight in the past by doing cardio 30-45 minutes - 5 days a week and lifting at least 3 days a week. Last year I worked out with the routine above for 6 months and lost 50 pounds. I went from 255 down to 205. I was happy with the weight loss, but I never got the results in my body that I wanted.

I hope to see weight loss with P90X as well as increased muscle mass. I want a beach body! I have not been pleased with my apperence since high school when I was 175, and even then I wasn't pleased with my muscle mass. Right now I am around 230. Let's see what happens. I am so ready to bring it!
