More statistics| bigshooter1201 Laramie, WY I have lost weight in the past by changing my diet and doing cardio for 35 minutes, 5 days a week. My biggest loss was last year when I went from 255 down to 205. I lost 50 pounds, but I still did not have the tone that I wanted. I am currently 230 and I am excited to see what P90X can do for me.
