hello everyone, this is big suede. I am 6' 4" and 205lbs and have been for the last 4years. I have always been toned but never cut up and that is the only reason i bought this program. I was an elite athlete in high school and college and professional ranks in the saddle bronc riding for about 8 years. I am not really interested in how healthy i am but more so in what i look and feel like.

hello everyone, this is big suede. I am 6' 4" and 205lbs and have been for the last 4years. I have always been toned but never cut up and that is the only reason i bought this program. I was an elite athlete in high school and college and professional ranks in the saddle bronc riding for about 8 years. I am not really interested in how healthy i am but more so in what i look and feel like. Sounds shallow i know but its just how it is. I have been going at this program intermittantly for about ten months and have seen limited results yes consistency is the key to success but my profession is not very condusive for spare time to work out. It is not uncommon for me to work a 16 hour day as i am in the ag business and it is labor intensive with little reward. I live 30 miles from the nearest town and 150 miles from the nearest grocery joint where i might find the stuff in your nutrition plan so that got thrown out the window. I am at my whits end out here in the boonies and cant figure out why the results i desire are still eluding me....
