I have been fighting with a weight problem for the past 30 years. I have tried every diet that has come down the road. Always with limited and temporary success. A good friend called me who is a beachbody coach. He felt that the Beachbody health and fitness program would be ideal for me. I looked into it and got really excited. Now I have become a coach. I have been fighting with a weight problem for the past 30 years. I have tried every diet that has come down the road. Always with limited and temporary success. A good friend called me who is a beachbody coach. He felt that the Beachbody health and fitness program would be ideal for me. I looked into it and got really excited. Now I have become a coach. I can build a business with Team Beachbody and also attain my goal of loosing 90 pounds and getting in the best shape of my life!
