I'm a 37 yo scientist in the Boston area. I lead a pretty sedentary day life, but
I've been involved in Rugby for about 17 years. After retiring from active play
because of knee problems (and to protect my head from concussions since I
do use it for work), I became a referee. I'm in good enough shape to handle
lower-mid level games, but I want to improve overall fitness and loose

Started P90X on Jan 2 and lost 30 pounds in the first round. The last month was hard and I was sick, so it was a little slower than it could have been, but I'm still psyched about the results!. More ...
Started P90X on Jan 2 and lost 30 pounds in the first round. The last month was hard and I was sick, so it was a little slower than it could have been, but I'm still psyched about the results!.

Started P90X+ right after and I'm surviving, but it's a lot harder than classic. Did one round of INSANITY! and really enjoyed it... going through another round of P90X/1on1/INSANITY Hybrid at the moment

So far, I've lost >50 lbs and feel like the a million dollars!

Recently ran my first 5K race and will run a marathon in the next 12-24 months
