After turning 40-yrs old, I began to see my weight increase gradually. That was 6 years ago, and I've noticed that losing those 10 extra pounds isn't as easy as it used to be. I cut back on my portion sizes and lost one pant size, which was great. But, then I started noticing my strength decreasing.
