I ‘m around 250 days into Beachbody transformation and while I may not be ready to be featured in a P90X infomercial I am very excited about the progress I’ve made. (-28lbs)

I’ve gone from 210 pounds 2/1/2010 down to 183 pounds as of 10/15/2010. This has not been easy. I’ve had to overcome all kinds of obstacles’ primarily back pain and joint pain that kept me from sticking to the plan from time to time.

After completing one round of P90X I took some time off to let my body recover and then tried Insanity. I made it through the first month of Insanity but had to give it up after a week into month #2 because of Pain in feet.

So now it’s back to P90X (Start date 10/1/2010). My start weight is 185lbs. My goal is 170lbs.

I have COMPLETE faith that I can do it because I have Complete faith in the P90X system. I know it will work because it already has worked for me and gotten me this far.

So keep checking back, I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
