Hello everyone, my names Blake. I am soon to be 22 years old and still have not lost a single pound since highschool were i played water polo ; an extreme water fitness sport . I was 17 at the time 170 lbs at 6 feet tall. Now I am 22 somewhere around 220 lbs working at In-N-Out burger where i eat a double double 5 days a week. I am not as happy as I use to be, I would like to be more outdoors ,
