MY PLAN IS TO RETIRE AND BECOME CHIEF INSTRUCTOR OF A TAE KWON DO SCHOOL. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACTIVE, I'VE ALSO ALWAYS BEEN OVER WEIGHT. NOW THAT I'M GETTING OLDER MY JOINTS HURT SO I THOUGHT IT IS TIME TO LOOSE THE WEIGHT SO I CAN CONTINUE TO DO THE THINGS I SO LOVE TO DO. I'VE ENJOYED THE TURBO JAM(20 MIN) FOR MANY YEARS NOW I WANT TO TRY THE MANY OTHER KICKBOXING WORK OUT AVAILBLE. I've recently started doing Rockin Body. Being a dance major, I find this is a fun workout and I like doing it everyday. It's lots of fun after a long nite at work. I get to come home and dance off the stress of nursing. It will help me loose the remainder of the weight I need to loose. Keep pushing play, it works! I decided to become a beachbody coach because it is a way of life, not a diet. In order to lose weight you have to change your attitude, your negative thoughts and most importantly change what you eat. You think of your body and as well maintained machine that needs the right type of FUEL to function at its Best. I wanna help people find that as I find it also...... Much closer to goal. I have about 30 more pounds to go. I have about 3 more weeks to do of TurboFire, then I plan to given INSANITY a try with my son. I want to do a program that's not long but intense, something my son would do. I want to help him fine tune his machine(body) as I have begun to fine tune and understand my machine. I'm closer to my goal of being weapons instructor at my TKD school. I've learned 5 weapons as of this date. Started on weapon number six about 23 weeks ago! The Sai. I ready to keep pushing play and helping others find the program most suited for them to get a nice tune up! More to come. My future is bright and Healthier......................

AS OF TO DAy, I HAVE ACHIEVED MY RESULTS DOING THE 20 MINUTE TURBO JAM, COUNTING CALORIES IN AND CALORIES OUT(BODY BUGG),MAKING HEALTHIER FOOD CHOICES. I ALSO WORKED OUT WITH A TRAINER FOR WEIGHT TRAINING. I TRAIN IN TAE KWON DO CONDITIONING CLASS AT LEASE 4-5 DAYS A WEEK. I'VE LOST ABOUT 30 LBS IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS. MY FUTURE PLAN IS TO LOSE 50-70 MORE POUNDS. I WANT TO PUMP UP MY WORK OUT SO I GOT THE TURBO JAM SERIES AND THE WEIGHTED GLOVES. IN MARCH OF 09 I STARTED THE CHALENE EXTREME WORKOUT. SO FAR, I HAVE LOST ABOUT 3-4% BODY FAT. I'M NOW IN THE LEAN FOR LIFE PHASE AND PLAN TO CONTINUE UNTIL I'VE MET MY WEIGHT GOAL OF 125-130 LBS. Currently injured. I'm swimming and elliptical.I've currently lost about 25 lbs. I hope to be back into turbo jam after surgery is complete and recovery is done November 11,2010, In the last month I've lost 5 pounds and about 6 inches. I continue to await surgery. I have a long leg brace on and my exercise consist of walking with 2lb hand weights for 15 minutes 2x per day. Also lifting weights in the form of medicine ball while lying on the floor. I can only be on my feet 30 minutes of every hour that I'm awake. Using my bodybuggSP again and tracking my food/calorie intact and water. It's sometimes frustrating not being able to do martial arts and turbo jam. But I plan to stick with what I can do til I'm able to do what I want to do. looking forward to get back to martial arts and turbo jam after surgery and my 8 weeks of recovery. Had surgery on my knee 12-10-2010! According to the doctor, I have very little menicus left in my left knee. Medial and lateral. I decide to do TURBOFIRE. I like that there some one showing you how to do it low impact. No matter how much weight I lose the knees will not have cushion.I'v lost thirteen (13) pounds in the last month. I've been able to restart my martial arts and pushing to test for 5th degree in 4/2012. I'm using shakeology as a supplement with very good results. I have about 30 more ponds to go and I have every confidence I will be able to get it done doing TURBOFIRE! And then my combination of turbofire, chalen extreme and turbo jam. Pushing Play Everyday!!!!
