Well, I would have to say that I like the results I got when my first 90 days were up! I have a waist! I have bicep muscles that were hidden under a layer of fat! I have some abs peeking through!!
What was it I said? What doesn't kill you makes you stronger? Well, this is it! This certainly made me feel stronger! We went snowboarding last winter, and I couldn't have done it without the X! I didn't feel tired at the end of the day, as I would have, had I not been doing any Beachbody program! Those wall squats do work!!!
My husband and I have done P90X, P90X+, a hybrid of those; and I've done the Slim Series and Turbo Jam, ChaLEAN Extreme, Rev ABs, TurboFire, and now a hybrid of CE/Turbo Fire!!! So far, we haven't come across a bad workout!!!
I love these programs, and there are so many different programs out there on Beachbody! There is literally something for everyone! Glad my husband watches so much TV!!! We never would have found this!
