More statistics| blippin I'm a Software Trainer and a female couch potato. I invested in this plan to see if I can challenge myself mentally and physically and to lose weight and to tone up. I've alwawys been thin and took for granted that I'd always be thin. I've gained weight over the years because I'm lazy and not motivated to workout.
