I am a single mother of 2 and work full time, I love to be in shape but find that I get going great for awhile and then stop for a few months due to lack of motivation. I need to get back on the ball and back into shape, I had an eating disorder in highschool and was sickly thin and losing my hair. Now I try to eat healthy and work out regularly but as I am getting older I am seeing it is harder
