I'm 47, working in the medical field. Have done many exercises in the past, bow-flex, biking, hiking, etc. Moved from Iowa to AZ and wasn't able to bring the bow-flex. Have put on 25 pounds in the last 5 years and have had to buy bigger clothes. I'm not happy with my weight and want to trim down my waist and hips and build up my, arms, chest and legs!
