Growing up I was always active--ok, I was a tomboy. I played any sport you put in front of me; not to mention the neighborhood manhunt, our version of hide and seek, which necessitated climbing, jumping and running for your life! I was always the "skinny-minnie", that was until I joined the Army and toned up. I was in great shape.

Then I had my daughter...I was pretty sick most of my pregnancy. I couldn't do anything. I lost a lot of muscle tone and it was replaced my something I've never seen on my body (except on my butt!)--fat. I was a lot curvier after my pregnancy. My husband absolutely adored my behind before but after, he was like a 14 year old boy! I didn't mind the backside or the boob improvement but it was the belly than made me depressed. I was a woman who had six pack abs since the age of 13.

This is the year I want to change everything and get back on track. My family is my life but I think it's time for me. I don't know exactly how I'm going to do it but I will. I want all around shrinkage and a toned physique. I also want my booty back where it was--nice and high. I am ready for my transformation!

Does anyone know how I can lose some weight, regain a six pack, increase muscle and still keep my fabulous booty?
