Hi, my name is Amy. I'm 31 years old. I never had a fit body but was not
overweight either. I’m only 5 feet tall and while I was in college I never
weighted more than 110 to 115 pounds.

I'm not an active person, I don't do sports and while in college I used to eat a
lot of junk food (that did not change much over the years) so as soon as I

Day 30: 7/1/2008 - This is going to be a looonnngggg journey. Gain 0.6

Day 90: 8/30/2008 - From day 60 to day 90 I gain 0.8 pounds and lost 2
inches. Not too bad but not too good either.

Day 120: 9/29/2008 - Now I am really starting to think that nothing it's
going to ever help me. No matter how faithful I am to the program it seams
my body doesn't want to give up the pounds and inches. I barely missed 5
days of workouts in 120 days I'm eating as clean as I can (oddly enough it’s
that when I cheated like hell [from day 30 to day 60] I had the best numbers
ever) and I either loose too little or gain pounds and inches each 30 days and
the pictures don't help either. The only thing I am getting out of all this is
stress, stress and more stress and to make it all worse I keep looking on the
forums and I see people that started after me and they are getting huge and
wonderful results so that really boost my self-esteem way down, not because
I don't want them to succeed but because I'm the only one that it's not
progressing. I have no motivation at all; I can't even participate on the daily
drawings because of where I live. For some odd reason I can create an
account with my full address and all but I'm not eligible for the daily drawings
so no motivation there either because I can't think that I might be lucky
enough and win some money to buy new, smaller clothes. As I write this it
has almost been one month since I stop working out. I'm not getting any
slimmer, I might be gaining weight but at least I'm not stressed and
depressed all the time because I have to bust my butt for a month only to see
that I'm not progressing.

For all of you that are having great results, keep it up. I, on the other hand
don't see me trying to achieve the impossible for me for now or even ever.
