I am 37 years old and love sports and exercise. I played a couple years of baseball in college. Now, I work the grind. I find as I have gotten into my late 30s, it has been harder for me to lose weight and keep it off. The gym is a great place to see friends, but as far as a workout..it is not getting me the results that I want.

I am a week and a half in and lost 7lbs. After I finish with the 60 day program, I will go to a hybrid p90x/Insanity program.
I thought I was in good cardio shape..I play basketball, I have run half marathons, play baseball, swim, tennis...etc. Insanity has challenged me, especially towards the end of the workouts.
I am looking to lose a some weight and look toner, not bulkier!!

I have been workout out my entire life. I played baseball in college and was always in good shape. I was in a car accident and went from 172 to 205 over the course of a year and a half. Once I was completely healed, I lost almost all the weight I gained. Then, I got into MMA and got into really good shape. Lately with work and life in general, I have not dedicated enough time to staying in shape. I excerise, but I have not seen the results Ive been wanting. Now, I am on the north side of my 30s and I want to keep myself in great shape. I started Insanity. A couple years ago I did p90x and lost 20 lbs.

10/25/12 At the beginning of the week I took the 2nd fit test. I increased all the reps for all excerises quite substantially. I am now down 10lbs and I have restricted my diet even more from my first 2 More ... 10/15/12 I decided to commit to Insanity.
