Using a treadmill and portion control, I was able to lose 35 pounds in 3 months. My outlook on life and personal confidence has been restored from my college days.

My goal is to start AND complete the P90X2 program and not only improve agility and muscle mass, but finally lose that belly fat and have a 6-pack.

My weight before I started anything at all to get in shape was 247, taken in June
