My Continuing Transformation Story I'm 62 yo married with 3 great sons and work as a Registered Nurse in Hospice Care. I My Continuing Transformation Story I'm 62 yo married with 3 great sons and work as a Registered Nurse in Hospice Care. I enjoy golf, working out, travel, and am active in my church and spend as much time with my 2 grand children as possible. All of this I enjoy much more because of my improved level of fitness and health. You can have this same level of success as well! I decided the best way to share my success and help others to achieve their own fitness goals was to join Team Beach Body as one of their coaches. Working with the company who developed not only P-90 X, which helped me so much, but has developed high quality nutritional products and numerous exercise programs at all levels, and makes available all the needed exercise aids. What a great opportunity to impact other people’s lives "positively." As a former aerobics instructor and personal trainer and a Registered Nurse this is a good fit. Now I want to let you know what my passion really is. I am a “Baby Boomer.” I see my generation slowing down and changing gears moving into retirement. I understand retirement, and plan one of my own soon. I appreciate that, but I don’t approve of retiring from life. Too many of my friends have become spectators of life instead of participants. Somehow, someway they have been convinced that they can no longer expect a high level of health and fitness and have resolved themselves to a life of decline and incapacitating old age. IT AIN”T SO !! Age is only a number, if you let a number defeat you you’ve made a great life error. We all agree we could do better with out diet, and certainly exercise more for our benefit. The question to ask is how much further can you go? If you can train for 30 days and triple the number of pushups you can do, how many can you do if you just keep working out? If I can walk a mile, could I walk 5? Could I, (if I really tried) be able to take my grandchildren for a hike in the Blue Ridge Mountains and camp out with them, and tell stories around the camp fire. Stories and memories they will have all of their lives, not only of a campfire story, but memories of a vigorous and fit grand dad who lived life with them and perhaps taught them to swim or fish or to play baseball. You see, your life is not your own to do with it as you please. Other people whom you profess to Love have a right to part of you as well. How much you can give them will depend in part on your health and fitness. I for one will be telling campfire stories this Fall in Blue Ridge Georgia with my grand children, Will 6 years old and Kate 8 years old. We will share life together. What about you other Baby Boomers, (or younger)what will you decide? Will you be waving from the sidelines or jumping in, going for a walk, skipping rocks on the lake? I did cartwheels in the yard with my grand kids much to their delight. Their giggles and screams of “do it again Poppy!” made every push up, and every missed dessert very much worth the price I paid. You have a choice of setting limits, or setting goals. Limits restrict you and convince you of your inability to do a thing. Goals however give you a desire to achieve more! Yes exercise and proper diet give dividends well worth the effort. Slice yourself a piece of life today by taking the first step, choose an exercise program from our site, sign up today, I’ll be glad to coach you to my own level, and challenge you to beat the “OLD GUY!” Just push play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Eddie Brannan/ BodySmith

Yes I’m the guy who completed P-90 X at age 60 and got great results. I went from grim to slim with a can’t fail work out program of diet and exercise well crafted by professionals. Diet and exercise are two sides of the coin of health. If you truly want one, you will need the other as well to succeed at total health. Succeed I did, but it was not time to stop, I have now completed a third round of of P–90 X, and ADDED P-90 X + to my work out program to increase muscularity and improve definition and get my body fat to 10-12%. Reaching my first fitness goals gave me the desire to go even further.
