I turned 55 in December and I made a decision to shape up and loose weight! Why? Because I want to live a long, healthy, in condition life to be able to do be active with my kids and grandkids and to set a healthy example for my family and friends. I have done some form of exercise for many years - walking, jogging, Jazzercise, periodic club memberships (they cost a lot of money and travel time).

I am still a work in progress, but I feel so good that I believe that at this time in my life, I am committed to this lifestyle change. I have now dropped 4 jeans sizes,can now wear L instead of XL tops - I am excited about the inches and weight lost to date. I am so motivated to exercise and be committed to continuing my quest to get in the best shape of my life. I am currently using P90X program and using Core Cal Mag, Joint Formula and both flavors Whey Protein drink. As a Coach, I look forward to helping to encourage and motivate others to reach their fitness goals and becoming a part of the fitness revolution!
