Ok, this is my second cycle in P90X. During the first cycle, I did the classic P90X, but my nutrition was very poor, which explains why I didn't really lose much weight. I did, however, become more agile, flexible, and a bit stronger. During this next cycle I've joined a group that will keep me accountable of my actions :) Sometimes I need encouragement :)
