During my college days I was wrestler, but I never weighted less than 270lbs regardless of how much I trained. Simply put, I train hard but eat very bad. After I got married I just let go the exercise part and just... ate just for the pleasure of eating. Eating as late as 1 in the morning was common. During this time I just pile up the pounds to 357lbs. Needless to say I had high blood pressure
