I'm 29, single with no children and I work for the federal government full time. I do a lot of volunteer work at my church and I'm looking forward to living an abundant life.

My day 1 stats started on 2/19/07 but my before photo was taken on 3/3/07. I started working out on 11/1/06 with Slim in 6 and I lost mostly inches but I wasn't really into it. I do have to confess More ...
My day 1 stats started on 2/19/07 but my before photo was taken on 3/3/07. I started working out on 11/1/06 with Slim in 6 and I lost mostly inches but I wasn't really into it. I do have to confess that I still rely on Slim
and Limber after every morning workout and it has made me ridiculously limber!!

Anyway, on to my love affair...I ordered Turbo Jam in February 2007 and I am so happy I found it. I am loving ALL the Turbo Jam workouts and am becoming really committed to working out 5-6 days a week in the morning.

I've lost about 12 pounds but I can already get into all my size 6s again so I guess I didn't have as much to lose as I thought. However, I am still struggling with my thighs and lil' too much junk in my trunk. So I'm excited see what 10 or 15 more pounds lost will look like on me.

I'm struggling with a plateau at 140lbs so I'm going to step it up these next few months starting next week. I've accepted an open challenge to simply BRING IT and report my victories daily on the amazing thread--TEAM NORTHWOODS EXTREME FITNESS. I plan to BRING IT by incorporating
doubles (working out twice per day). I love turbo jam and will start adding Power Half Hour 3-4 evenings per week. I will keep you updated with my success--I'm already claiming my victory!! :)

It's been a while since I updated my story...been busy but I'm happy where I am physically and I am just trying to maintain and tone up a bit more in my thighs and my arms. I took a Zumba class and loved it so I will be working out to the Zumba DVDs and a Sama Reggae workout here and there with 10 minute trainer sprinkled in here and there.
