I'm just a simple 31 year old kid who really lives a blessed life. I am married to the woman of my dreams and we have been blessed with the two best kids on planet earth... Obviously I’m a little biased in my opinion. :)

I have spent most of my life involved in sports and have always enjoyed being on the go and having something to do. Never really been one to just want to sit around the house and "watch T.V." It always seemed like such a waste of time.

But as I got older and took on more responsibilities as well as bigger and bigger financial obligations, it seemed that I was running out of time to spend on the two things I truly enjoyed. And nothing is more important than family and staying physically fit so that I can enjoy my family.

But my physical fitness started to go south when I took a job traveling all over the world doing internet marketing seminars. I would spend my days inside a hotel ballroom and then my nights were spent driving to a different town and different hotel. And with that hectic of a schedule the only thing you have time for is you guessed it, Fast Food.

Now if you combine lack of sleep, poor eating habits, along with little time for exercise, you are destined to gain weight. And gain weight I did... I packed on an additional 30lbs within a 15 month period.

Now that may or may not sound like a lot but for me and my lifestyle it completely blew me away when I first realized how heavy and out of shape I had become. At no point in my life had I ever been "out of Shape" and yet here I was finding it harder and harder to just go up my stairs.

Well a number of things have happened in my life since that realization and knowing that I needed to make a change. I've since quit that job and started my own online marketing company. I also dropped those unwanted 30lbs and feel great. And along with all that I am back to being my happy go lucky self.

Now how did I personally shed those unwanted pounds? I stumbled upon a home based workout program called P90X... I fell in love with it the first time I worked out. And I've not looked back since. It was the first home based workout routine I have actually enjoyed. I recommend it to everyone know.

So once I found out that Team Beach Body offered a coaching program that allowed me to promote what I was already promoting anyways and make some extra cash, I had to get started in the Coaching program. And I am so glad I did.

This is something that can not only change your physical well being but your financial well being also. And I know from personal experience that once you find a way to get both those elements in order that is when you truly find happiness.

If I could recommend one thing to people as to what I think they could benefit the most from in life it is to become a product of the system and then coach others how to do it yourself.

You know the old saying “it isn't work if you are doing what you love.” So love what you do and help others do the same. You live by those principals alone and you will find that life is everything you could have ever hoped it to be.
