I was one of those girls in high school... I always thought I was fat. And now when I look back at pictures I realize I wasn't. When I went off to college, I didn't gain the "freshman 15" I gained 30 extra pounds!! Cafeteria food, fast

When I moved back home and met my now husband he introduced me to the gym. I never thought I would want to go alone... but I really got into working out and lifting and quickly found myself 20lbs lighter!!
Then I found out I was pregnant with my first child... I let the experience get the best of me. 65lbs later I had a baby girl! I joined a gym and rushed after work to get my baby and head to the gym! I loved it and was very dedicated, going 5-6 days a week! I ended up losing around 30lbs!!
Then found out I was pregnant again! This time I gained 60lbs. I didn't lose the weight as fast the 2nd time. We moved to another state and I became a Stay at home mom. I thought it would be easier to lose since I would be running after 2 kids all day instead of sitting at a desk... but I found it easier to play with the kids and snack all day
than stay healthy. I tried Curves, the gym, Weight Watchers, Low carb, supplements etc etc etc to no avail. But then again I wasn't consistant. I had been stuck at 200lbs and even went up to 208. So I dedicated myself to eating smaller portions. I am finally down to 198!! But I'm stuck again.
My brother sent me before and after pictures of his 90 day success with P90x and I was amazed! I had no idea he was even working out. After seeing his progress I decided I would give it a try! Especially after hearing that he and my Sister-in-Law are off medications, avoiding surgeries and not just slimmer, but have an overall healthier life...
So I started with Slim in 6 and saw great results, I went on to Turbo Jam, but when I decided to go back to work I feel away from all I had worked towards and found myself 20lbs heavier again. Ugh how did I get back to 200lbs?
The hubby and I decided to train for a half marathon, certainly eating right and running a lot would help. Alas, no. So when I went to the doctor for shin splints just before completing my first half I talked to her about how hard it is for me to lose weight. She thought it maybe PCOS (Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome). So she did some blood work and it came back to be just that. I decided to go to an endochronologist to get more work and help with this condition.
I was able to lose a bit more but still had a lot of problems getting caught in plateaus every few pounds. Then, I took a leap and bought Turbo Fire. I've also started mixing in some Insanity workouts and am happy to say I am the smallest I have been in the 7 years since getting pregnant with my oldest! I have 20 more pounds to go before I reach my big time goal! There is light at the tunnel!
There is NO turning back now, I will press on! I love going into a place where I see people I haven't seen in a few weeks and their jaws hit the floor. "Wow you look great! What are you doing?" It's such a great chance for me to tell them all about BeachBody, Turbo Fire, Insanity and all the other great things, trainer and programs this community has to offer!
Keep watching and soon you'll see my Beach Body!
