I was getting into the best shape of my life when on 8/8/08 I ruptured my Achilles tendon when doing a sprint at the gym. I'll always remember watching the opening ceremonies of the Beijing Summer Olympics from the Emergency Room waiting room. That was also the beginning of a downhill spiral from the best shape I have ever been in, to the worst shape I have ever been in. I purchased P90X back
