I am 33 year old stay-at-home Mom of 2 awesome kids! I LOVE working out and am passionate about helping others get in the best shape of their lives!!! I have been working out since I was in 7th grade when I started doing Jane Fonda workouts with my Mom in our living room :-) Not working out, is like not brushing your teeth. To me, it is something you simply do everyday.It is not an option, it is a necessity. It is part of my daily life and it makes me feel energized, strong, and happy when I finish!! It is addicting! After I had my kids I found that I wanted to get in even better shape. That is when I discovered Turbo Jam. It was the most fun I have ever had working out. I loved it so much that I decided to start teaching the live version (TurboKick) at local gyms! I eventually added ChaLean Extreme which transformed my body, and my most recent love is Insanity! Although I have taught at gyms, I have never been one to work out at a gym. I'd rather pop in my BeachBody DVD's any time day or night. This is so much more convenient and cost effective for me. Plus, with the money I save by not having a gym membership, I can purchase new workout programs often so that I never get bored! Also, my kids have been seeing me workout at home since they were babies.....which I hope eventually inspires them to want to exercise as much as I do! I cannot imagine feeling good without having these wonderful fitness programs in my life!! Give them a try.....you will not be disappointed!
