I live in Indianapolis Indiana and work as a consultant in the chemical field. Planning to go back to college and earn a BS in nursing in 2010. I have been involved in fitness and lifting weights for over ten years. I am interested in helping others achieve better health, self-discipline and a direction for their best life.

I began training with weights in late 1998 after watching a fitness American competition on television late one night. After training with weights for 7 years and competing in fitness competitions I started to lose interest in training. I started to watch television late one evening and I came across the P 90x infomercial--I thought no way was this legit. So I checked it out and watched the video as well as talked to someone who was using it. The results are truly amazing and it gave me a whole different perspective on training. I am interested in taking people to the next fitness level and reaching a true sense of healthiness. The workouts combined with the diet plans are a fool proof way to lose weight, get healthy and dedicate yourself to a better life.
