I started P90X on 1/19/2009 - I had made the decision to start it because I had a serious goal of fitting into an expensive pair of jeans I had got when I was in great shape before baby number 4. I made a goal that by the end of P90X I would be able to wear these jeans again. I also have a personal goal of reducing my body fat to below 20%. After completing P90X in April 2009 I began a hybrid of a program combined with running and some P90X Plus. During the summer I play competitive tennis and the hybrid was the best way for me to ensure that I could always be at my best for my tennis matches.

September 21, 2009 I began my first INSANITY program and ended the sixty days with amazing results in my physique but also in the way I approached my tennis game. I was quicker and faster than ever. I am constantly learning more everyday about fitness as a fitness professional and Beachbody always provides me with new challenges. I continue to utilize the Beachbody products in some manner (love Insanity and Tony's One on One Series).

Most recently I completed 105 days of Insanity where I had amazing results. I am leaner, stronger and faster than ever. Not bad for a mom of four. I love my arms and abs. Next goal is to love my butt - think Brazilian Butt is on the horizon.

The best part of Beachbody is that I am fitting into my Goal jeans and my body fat is well below 20% which was my original goal. You can get there too - let me help you. Decide and Commit. Be Strong.
