Mequon, WI Jane Westreich, BA, CFT – has been and continues to be a health and fitness enthusiast, competitive athlete, and coach. She has enjoyed, competed and coached in a variety of sports including tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and softball. Jane has also been involved with strength training and group fitness for over 20 years. She has worked in large health clubs, created corporate wellness Jane Westreich, BA, CFT – has been and continues to be a health and fitness enthusiast, competitive athlete, and coach. She has enjoyed, competed and coached in a variety of sports including tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, and softball. Jane has also been involved with strength training and group fitness for over 20 years. She has worked in large health clubs, created corporate wellness programs, established kid’s boot camps and has owned her own personal training studio and has recently become a Independent Beachbody Coach.
After earning her degree in Communication Arts (1989) from the University of Wisconsin in Madison she realized her true passion was in helping to build confidence in others through health and fitness as well as encouraging them to improve their lifestyles and attitudes. Jane began her career in fitness working at Northwest Racquet Swim and Health Clubs as an Assistant Membership Manager. This introduced her to the complexities of running a chain of thirteen large health clubs in the Minneapolis area. She enjoyed the energetic atmosphere and looked forward to helping people find a place for fitness in their busy lives. After two years in Minneapolis, Jane moved to Milwaukee to join her father and business mentor at her family business; Alpine Plywood Corporation. It was here she learned the skills and work ethic necessary to maintain and build a thriving business. Most fulfilling during this time was listening to her father’s advice on entrepreneurship.
Fitness has always been a large part of Jane’s life. She has always felt at her best in her business and personal life when she was most fit. While at Alpine Plywood she also worked at the Highlander Elite in Brookfield in order to maintain a personal and professional connection to fitness. After twelve years at Alpine Plywood, she made the difficult decision to set out on her own and in 2004 founded Give Me Strength, Inc a personal training and nutritional counseling business. It was through this business that she has run two successful personal training studios franchises called Fitness Together. She recently sold her Fitness Together studios so she could focus on her family and on her Boot Camps and small group training. In 2009 Jane founded Brew City Wellness, Inc. the business established to run Adventure Boot Camps in Mequon.
Most recently, Jane has become a BeachBody Coach in an effort to help clients who cannot seem to “fit” fitness into their busy schedules. Jane, as a Beach Body Coach, will work with clients to help them establish a fitness routine utilizing Beach Body products. Jane believes that for women who are busy running a household that in home fitness is the "excuseless" option.
Jane believes in and lives a healthy, fit lifestyle and strives to be a passionate role model. She believes that having a healthy and fit lifestyle is about balance and about setting personal health and fitness goals. With four kids and a business, Jane understands how difficult it can be to make lifestyle choices that are healthy and positive. Jane and her husband, Fred, face the same challenges that many of Jane’s clients faces. Life is about balance and having health and wellness choices that can “fit” into a busy lifestyle is important. Jane hopes that Brew City Wellness, Inc. can somehow help her clients create a lifestyle that is healthy, happy and long.
Jane is a certified and authorized Adventure Boot Camp Instructor through NESTA (National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association), a certified fitness trainer through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), is CPR and AED certified, is a certified Group TRX Trainer and is currently studying for certification as a Sport Yoga instructor through NESTA, as well as a Level One Youth Fitness Specialist through IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association). Jane runs one of the first authorized Adventure Boot Camp in Wisconsin! “2011 is going to be your best year ever – it’s time to make YOU a priority. You can have the fit body and fit mind you have always wanted but you need to do the work. I am excited to support the women in my community. I want to help them make positive changes that will make their lives better. I want you to be strong, have fun and be a healthy role model to your family and friends. I want you to have it all.”

I started P90X on 1/19/2009 - I had made the decision to start it because I had a serious goal of fitting into an expensive pair of jeans I had got when I was in great shape before baby number 4. I made a goal that by the end of P90X I would be able to wear these jeans again. I also have a personal goal of reducing my body fat to below 20%. After completing P90X in April 2009 I began a hybrid of a program combined with running and some P90X Plus. During the summer I play competitive tennis and the hybrid was the best way for me to ensure that I could always be at my best for my tennis matches.
September 21, 2009 I began my first INSANITY program and ended the sixty days with amazing results in my physique but also in the way I approached my tennis game. I was quicker and faster than ever. I am constantly learning more everyday about fitness as a fitness professional and Beachbody always provides me with new challenges. I continue to utilize the Beachbody products in some manner (love Insanity and Tony's One on One Series).
Most recently I completed 105 days of Insanity where I had amazing results. I am leaner, stronger and faster than ever. Not bad for a mom of four. I love my arms and abs. Next goal is to love my butt - think Brazilian Butt is on the horizon.
The best part of Beachbody is that I am fitting into my Goal jeans and my body fat is well below 20% which was my original goal. You can get there too - let me help you. Decide and Commit. Be Strong.
