My goal this summer is to compete at nationals in tennis. Being in great shape will definitely help me win nationals. I also enjoy running in 5k races. I lost weight by eliminating soda and candy. Then I began to eat healthy by having a balance between carbohydrates, proteins, and fat. My energy shot through the roof. I started working out 5 days a week and dropped a total of 45 pounds in one year. I have kept the 45 pounds off for one year.
